Scheduling made easy!

Having your games covered by SEPA Officials is as simple as sending your schedule to umpscheduling@gmail.com using our Excel template. Once received, we’ll confirm your submission and provide weekly updates as games are assigned to our Officials. To help maximize coverage, stacking games back-to-back is preferred whenever possible. If changes are needed—whether schedule adjustments or weather-related updates—simply relay them to SEPA Officials, and we’ll promptly confirm receipt while keeping clear communication open throughout the process.
